Tools for general tree work

From winches to wedges, loppers to ladders, pulleys to PPE, and from small hand saws to big brutish chainsaws… Nearly all types of tools are required at some point in the course of our work.

Maintaining my own tools, vehicle, trailers and other equipment is an important part of my approach to the business. The Land Rover has been the main tool, and she has recently received a substantial overhaul.

Tool suitability, storage & maintenance

The right tool for the right job is something to relish when undertaking hard work!

A comprehensive array of tools, PPE, and safety equipment is required for general tree work, and it all needs to be stored and maintained properly, and suitably transported to and from the worksite. It s quite a lot of work to take care of everything, but simply put it is a way of life I would choose over many other occupations.

Using a selection of sharp cutting tools, hand tools, blowers, etc., we can transform the appearance of ornamental woodlands, restore orchards, etc.

Discrete chainsaw operations

The professional range of battery powered chainsaws we use are much quieter and low vibration than combustion engine saws.

We get the noisy saws out when all the batteries are discharged, or for cutting bigger sections
